Big-List-Of-Resume-Writers.com is on a
mission. It began when
we tried searching the Web for reputable resume writing companies and legitimate reviews of
same, only to discover that fly-by-night services and bogus review sites were hogging the
airwaves.
In the aftermath of the Great Recession, it was
probably inevitable that every Tom, Dick and Harry would put out a shingle and begin
advertising "resume services." And given the Wild West nature of the Internet, it was also
inevitable that some of the review sites that purported to be proffering objective reviews
were in fact little more than shills for the company they placed at the top of their
"recommended" list.
Frustrated, we put some time and
effort into first developing a list of prominent resume writing firms operating online.
Second, we paired those firms with some seriously impartial data, namely, Better Business
Bureau scores. Third, we tapped a reviewer (see below) with a background in professional
resume writing to give us the insider take on each company. This site is the
result.

 About Your Reviewer: David Alan
Carter founded Resume One of Cincinnati. For more than ten years, he
personally crafted thousands of resumes for satisfied clients from all
occupational walks of life–entry level to executive. Prior to that, Carter was
a technical recruiter (headhunter) for a prominent executive search
firm.
